Meet Your Coach
Bree has over 25 years of experience in coaching and leadership. She has worked as an educator and school administrator in Jacksonville, Florida since 2002. Alongside her active career and educational pursuits, Bree has always had a passion for health and wellness. She is a certified Yoga Instructor, CrossFit Coach, and Wellness Coach. Bree is a former Division I collegiate volleyball player and holds a Masters Degree from Niagara University. Her wide range of education, training, and experiences make her an invaluable resource and mentor. She believes coaching is a privilege based on trust and clear communication. Her main goal? To empower others to lead healthier, stronger lives.

How long will it take to get results?
Three months of committed effort will give you the chance to experience the amazing results of your individualized, dynamic program. Committing to three months is a gift to yourself; an opportunity to see what is possible!
Who are your clients?
All are welcome. We meet you where you are and create a program designed for you.
Where are you located?
Northeast Florida, however we also serve clients who are long-distance. Remote coaching options are available.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No contract is required, however we ask you to commit to three months because we care and we want you to see results!
